The response time was fantastically quick and what I had requested was provided straight away. This was very appreciated as this is my only day off this week and I did not have to wait around for the email all day. Also having have a lovely weekend included at the end of the message helps prove that it was not just an automatically generated message. Called the main number at 22.30 last night more in hope than expectation. Friendly guy answered, took a few details and told me that one of the support team would call me in the morning. I stressed it was quite urgent that the call came early in the day. Ricky called at about 9am and told me I'd have a copy of a certificate in a few minutes in my inbox. I told her an option I have and she said she thought I'd done the wrong version of the course, even though I'd gone through your options to pick the one I needed. She checked while I was on the phone and confirmed that I'd been misled (I'd picked Market stall as the option as I'm probably going to be baking for a market stall). She set up the correct (catering) version of the course for me which I completed, all on the same day. Amy was very friendly and happy to help, exactly what you want in a Customer Service person. I was well delighted to learn I can defer payment four 30 days and study up until then, I have no regrets at joining this service.
